I’ve lost another pound! The happiness inside me is so extreme I can’t explain!

That means I’ve lost 2 stone in 4 months! In the grand scheme of things that’s not very much but I’m very happy with that! Soon I’ll be down to my goal weight!

It means that all of this hasn’t been a complete waste. I’m finally losing my weight!
